All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

6. SMS Text Message Communications and A2P Compliance

Renactus Technology sends SMS (text message) communications for appointment reminders and service alerts. The following disclosures apply to all SMS communications sent by Renactus Technology.

6.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Renactus Technology. You are not required to consent to SMS messages as a condition of purchasing our services.

6.2 Types of SMS Messages We Send

• Appointment reminders for discovery calls and IT assessments
• Service alerts regarding your managed IT systems
• Follow-up messages related to service requests
• Important account notifications

6.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service level and scheduled appointments. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during active service incidents.

6.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not charged by Renactus Technology. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your data plan.

6.5 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
• Emailing us at privacy@renactus.com with your name and phone number
• Calling us at 908-349-0682

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

6.7 Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's coverage area and terms of service.

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used only to send the communications described above.

7. Data Security
