Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at renactus.com, requesting a free IT assessment, booking a discovery call, or engaging the services of Renactus Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
Section 2 — Services
Renactus Technology provides Managed IT Services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, backup and disaster recovery, network design and installation, and VoIP phone systems to small and medium-sized businesses in Union, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Morris, and Somerset counties in New Jersey. Managed IT services are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement. Changes to services will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Section 3 — Website Acceptable Use
You may use renactus.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to transmit spam, upload malware, impersonate Renactus Technology or its employees, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with website performance. All website content is the property of Renactus Technology and protected by copyright law.
Section 4 — Discovery Calls and Free IT Assessments
Scheduling a discovery call or requesting a free IT assessment does not create a contractual obligation. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Information shared during consultations is treated as confidential.
Section 5 — Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Flexpoint. Renactus Technology does not collect or store payment card information. Managed service fees are due per your signed service agreement. Project fees are typically 50% at commencement and 50% at completion. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days to billing@renactus.com or 908-349-0682.
Section 6 — SMS Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive appointment reminders and service alerts via SMS. Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out reply STOP to any message or contact privacy@renactus.com. For help reply HELP. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Section 7 — Confidentiality
Renactus Technology treats all client business information accessed during service delivery as strictly confidential. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you in accordance with applicable New Jersey and federal law.
Section 8 — Limitation of Liability
Renactus Technology cannot guarantee 100% uptime or security. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss. We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Section 9 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renactus Technology from any claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.
Section 10 — Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Syncro, Flexpoint, Microsoft 365, and GoHighLevel. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Renactus Technology is not responsible for third-party services.
Section 11 — Termination
You may terminate website use at any time. Managed IT service termination is governed by your Master Service Agreement, typically requiring 30 to 90 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. Upon termination we will assist with reasonable transition of your IT environment.
Section 12 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Union County, New Jersey. Disputes will first be addressed through 30 days of good faith negotiation before legal action is initiated.
Section 13 — Disclaimers
Website content is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of website content. Content does not constitute legal or professional advice. Our website is provided on an as-is basis.
Section 14 — Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time with notice posted on our website and emailed to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Section 15 — General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Renactus Technology regarding website use. If any provision is unenforceable the remaining Terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
